Cancellation Policy

 

We are operating a FLEXIBLE Cancellation Policy

 

  • Full refund until 7 days before check in.

 

  • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check in. However we will be happy to transfer your dates to any available dates within the following 12 months.

 

 The Cleaning Fee and Damage Deposit is refunded if the guest cancels before check-in.

 

Please note if you pay a deposit but full payment has not been received within 6 weeks of your arrival date Castle Heights reserves the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will not be refunded.

 

Castle Heights must be notified in writing by email as soon as possible should you need to cancel your booking.

 

Castle Heights reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time if guests are found to be disruptive, abusive and/or break the terms of their bookings contract. In such circumstances guests will be required to vacate the accommodation immediately and no refund will be payable to the guests for the unexpired part of their stay.

 

We strongly advise that guests take out a travel insurance policy which covers booking cancellations. This is available at very affordable rates and gives you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday.
